Initially our loved one was taken to a different director but we weren’t happy they could meet our needs. Right from my first call Andy understood what we wanted and was happy to assist with our wishes. The process was easy and respectful. We used the chapel of rest at the premises and had a lovely family service we put together ourselves. We were so happy to be able to carry out our loved ones wishes.
